１９日より電子カルテ導入となりますので
皆さま、web問診の入力をお願いします。
予約しないでご来院の場合は
可能な限り調整したいと思いますが
ご希望に添えない場合もあります。

ご予約どおりの時間より
お待たせしてしまう可能性もありますので
お時間には余裕を持って
